1. Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cybersecurity services by Qbit Cyber Solutions to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

- Security testing and vulnerability assessments

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining appropriate security measures
- Cooperating with our security assessments
- Implementing recommended security controls
- Maintaining confidentiality of security credentials
4. Service Delivery
We will:
- Provide services with reasonable care and skill
- Use qualified and experienced personnel
- Maintain appropriate security measures
- Keep client information confidential
- Provide regular service reports
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the provision of services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Technical information
- Business processes
- Security vulnerabilities
- Client data
- Proprietary information
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- Direct damages caused by our gross negligence
- Amount paid for the specific service in question
- Excludes indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa.
